做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
