做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
