做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
