做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
