做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
