做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
