做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
