做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
