做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。 -
