做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
