做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
