做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
