做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
