做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
