做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
