做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
