做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
