做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
