做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
