做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
