做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
