做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
