做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
