做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
