做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
