做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
