做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
