做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
