做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
