做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
