做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
