做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
