做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
