做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
