做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
