做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
