做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
