做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
