做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
