做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
