做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
