做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
