做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
