做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
