做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
