做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
