做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
