做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
