做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
