做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
